from my prospective I see a....
Off strike at the top of the coin,
Seems to be doubling on the liberty. The ear and it's a small date correct

No doubling, possibly slightly misaligned die, and this is the large date variety.

Hi there, your coin looks like a large date coin. A small date 1982, the 2 is fancy looking at the bottom. It has a u-shape in the bottom crease of the coin. The large date has a v-shape in the bottom crease of the 2. Sorry, it's hard to explain but you can readily see the difference.

Thank you for your advice I would like to post 1 more coin. There is a difference with the 8 as well on the large and small dates? But the true definition of it is with the 2.

My tell is the 8. If the top part and the bottom part are about the same size it is a LD. If it looks like a snowman,the top part smaller than the bottom it is a SD.
