I need help defining the issue on the reverse on this one please. The whole reverse has missing or damaged devices. It looks like a die broke but I can see something that looks like part of the 4 above the date but don't know if it's just me. On the obverse there is something protruding from his hairline at an angle. Thank u for your help as always it's appreciated.

Looks like a Struck Through Grease issue.

But also factor in Struck Through Grease with grit in the grease and possible paper/debris that altered the field as well.. This give this appearance of what we are seeing on this coin. Not a premium for the coin. Just a distortion of the devices.
