That the one you posted shows image reduction on the right sides of the devices. On the 1909 DDO, the devices are wider than normal: Note the top image on LIBERTY. (FS-1101) The bottom example is for the FS-1102, that doesn't have the hub doubling on the 'RTY' area. (so these devices are normal sized) Now can you see how the devices are wider than normal on the upper image? On your coin the devices are reduced smaller than a normal cent.
