Whats The Grade For This 1999 Penny?

hole_in_pocket Valued Member United States 194 Posts	Posted 07/27/2019 11:09 pm hard to determine without having the coin at hand, but I can at least point out that there are too many issues with the coin to get an MS. There are small PMD marks on both the front and back. the smudge on the lower obverse of the coin is likely environmental corrosion-can't tell. there are nicks on the coin edge as well. I suggest you look up an example of a basic MS coin. that should give you a better grasp of what you are looking for. It will get a Red designation I think. Report this Post to the Staff
