Hello so I came across this 1957 Wheat penny with from what I have read is the bie error but what is the issue with the forehead any ideas would be great thank you

@jsf, those die cracks sometimes connect enough that a chunk of the die falls out forming a RIDB, but I don't see that later stage on your coin. Our nickname for what you have is "cracked skull".

Cracked skull and BIE die chip. Looks like there might be a die chip in the 5 of the date as well. Nice combination!

Typical 1950's Wheat cent. They way over used these. I found on that had 9 die cracks on the bust area:
