I would agree that it just barely makes the EF grade...my initial direction was VF35.

might be the photos but the coin appears to have been cleaned or burnished with a brush. just going by what I see XF details

Washed with hand soap and tooth brush .It looked like Geo had a buggar...lol

You never want to clean your coins. A soak in acetone would have worked, but no scrubbing, rubbing, brushing, etc.
