Possibly Kushan, but perhaps more likely contemporaneous ancient imitations of Kushan types by the Jouan-Jouan and others. I recommend bouncing this over to the ancients section (which is where it belongs) to get more eyes on it - particularly Kushanshah's, echizento's, and Finn235's.
I agree. The coin at upper left appears to be a local imitation of Huvishka with king sitting cross-legged. The common attribution is "Jouan-Jouan" but that may be more marketing than reality. The other three are (official?) coins of Kanishka featuring ithyphallic Siva on reverse, a popular anatomical type.
