I think it is a Valens similar to this pic. This should give you something to look for. Will look later but have BBQ, beer, and lots of Red Necks here today. Later-

This is what I think your coin is-

Valens, AE3 of Aquileia. AD 364-367. DN VALEN-S PF AVG, pearl-diademed, draped, cuirassed bust right / GLORIA RO-MANORVM, emperor walking right, holding labarum, dragging captive behind him. B over dot in right field. Mintmark SMAQP. RIC IX Aquileia 7b, type iii (a or b); Sear 19734
