Appears to be a Speared Tail of the Condor on Reverse? Die Gouges During the Strike? Die Gouges Flows Behind Device? The Die Gouges appear to be Incluse. What's interesting is, the 2005 California Quarter Coin with this Condition is the same Year as the 2005 Nickel Speared Bison. Any Thoughts?
