my guess (and it's just a guess) is that you have a late stage coin. That might explain why the doubling on the upper lip is less visible.

VLDS - That is what I was thinking, I just had not seen one with only the lower lip, but yes it seemed to match otherwise... just wasn't sure. That is why I posted to confirm.

I was hoping I would find some answers. THX for posting!
Hopefully I will get some more feedback?

So I want to put this one aside in a holder. Guess I will mark it as 1964-D 10¢ WDDO-002 "(partial) Hot Lips - VLDS" or something like that... does that sound right?

Does the markers match for your coin to WDDO-002 Eyes4Error? If so, then you have it. Might be a Very Late Die State example of it maybe, if you're missing some markers. Sorry if I didn't comment on it right away. I am not too familiar with Roosevelt varieties, so I just viewed it, but didn't comment on it right away.

It OK EV... I just hadn't been on here awhile and decided to check back in with some posts, I guess on a slow day (for community & uploading...lol)... but wasn't getting responses, so I kept trying to bump my post up in hopes to get some answers. But you and Coop and others I know were too busy to reply as well.

So thanks for taking a look

I will look over DDO-002 just to make sure ;) before marking it on the holder.
