To me, it looks 75-99% (BC-47-E3-iii) because I can only barely see the queen's image (she is just visible and I cannot see the COA). Some might even say 25-50% but I do like the way the "Bank of Canada - Banque Due Canada" reversed on top border (and reversed counter 2) are quite visible. The "premium" such error notes command is entirely dependent on the extent of the error plus condition of the note (which is very difficult to estimate- but looks high grade).
