Highlight and copy the text you want to reply to. Then switch from "Quick Reply" to "Full Reply".

Once you are on "Full Reply" you will see a "Format:" line that it has 14 small square boxes. The 2nd box from the right end on that row of boxes has an image of a sheet of paper with a red arrow pointing to the right. That box is the link to add quote tags to your post. Click on that box. Once you see the quote tags in your reply you then paste the text you previously copied between the quote tags. You then enter your reply below that paragraph.

(Don't worry....It took me, and a lot of others, a while to figure out, too!)
