Hey y'all! Been super busy but had a little time to do some CRH! I found this 2009 Bicentennial Penny..

Is this a lamination error? I wasn't sure since I'm still crazy new to this. :) On a side note, I think it's in a cool spot for the reverse design.

Looks like damage or a piece of copper plating foil on the coin. (Can't tell from the images provided for sure) But it is not a lamination. Lamination errors happen on copper cents or silver planchet coins. Your coin is a zincoln.
