Quote: I never could understand why someone would attack a complete stranger for no reason Gang intitiations @joecoin, in my district I'll be surprised if he gets anything more than a slap on the wrist. Quote: Those thugs better think twice about this stuff. They don't want the CCF crew paying them a visit! They make blips and cruds look like a kindergarten class. Darn tootin! Quote: Ingredients 1 (16-oz.) bottle Dr. Pepper soft drink 3 cups vanilla ice cream How to Make It Step 1 Pour Dr. Pepper into a small saucepan over medium-high. Bring to a boil, and simmer until reduced to 1/4 cup, about 20 minutes.
Step 2 Let cool completely, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Process ice cream and reduced Dr. Pepper in a blender until frothy, about 30 seconds
I'll give it a try! Quote: Sorry to hear about your past 2 days, stay strong and get better. Quote: I hope your recovery goes as smoothly (and painlessly) as possible and that you are able to get some justice when the case goes to court. Thanks, I'm doped up on ibuprofen right now. Oddly enough it really didn't hurt that much. In all honesty, I'm more annoyed about this whole ordeal then angry. It's just such an inconvience. I'm not a vindictive person, but it right ticked me off. Bones will heal, teeth won't. How am I supposed to pick up chicks now?!

Sorry to hear about the problems. When it comes to cripes, anyone wearing red is free game and they feel disrespected by it (I know, stupid) even if your not associated with them. Reverse is the same for the bloods (speaking from experience from working in and around the Compton, Ca. area in the 90's) Words of advice wear neutral colors, be careful when leaving work and on your way home, and don't speak to anyone about your coin collections. Even a well trusted best friend could be telling another friend that Grapes bought a coin that cost over ___hundred dollars not knowing that some thug is eavesdropping. Oh I found that martial arts could help, but you got to be very well skilled when up against a gun or knife...Always be aware of your surroundings...Hope you Feel better soon and recover quickly

My friend, that is awful. You're strong so you will overcome it, but always a nasty day when bad things randomly happen to good people.
Wishing you a quick and complete recovery and the fullest punishment the law provides for the assailant.
We'll still get together shortly, but can put it back a week or two if you'd like some extra recovery time.

It doesn't really do much when you effectively get drive-by'd by a fist. Groups of kids like that are so common the last thing that I expected was what ended up happening. Reverse is the same for the bloods (speaking from experience from working in and around the Compton, Ca. area in the 90's) Words of advice wear neutral colors I've been coming down to that area for the better part of a year now. When s* hit the fan as of late, you'd think that might cue me in. This morning I just threw on a zip-up I could fit in my bag during the day and pop it out when I needed it. Usually, I wear either Khakis or jeans with a generic button-up to work, it just happened to be a bit bitey and I thought nothing of it, lesson learned. I used to have a good friend who's family were all bloods, he was a good kid and tried his best to stay out of all that, but his family only invited trouble. He ended up taking the fall for his brother a while back because his brother (an active member) had hid some of his unlawful firearms in and about the house, including my friends room. When the police raided their house he ended up getting blamed for them, even though he stayed out of the gangs unlike the rest of his siblings and parents. He won't be out for another 8 months because they hit him with unlawful possession of a firearm. I hate the phrase "A Victim of Circumstance" but it really did apply in his case.

The young thug who coward punched you would never have gone to jail. Why? The jails are full, so the courts try to keep petty punks like the chunderhead who coward punched you, knew that he was never going to end up inside the 'klink'.

Don't feel too bad about this Grape. I studied Martial Arts for a few years with a Sensei who was a 6th degree black belt at the time. He always stated that if two or three assailants attacked you you're probably going to get your butt kicked regardless of your training. It's very difficult to take on multiple attacker except in the movies.
Speedy recovery Grape

This is awful. I can't even believe the law enforcement in Maryland. That stuff doesn't fly in Boston and Providence. They take those kids in to get them ready for juvi. They give them a taste of sitting behind the local police station bars for a bit to give them a taste of what's to come in the future if they don't get their act together now. You didn't even know who they were and they let him/them go on the spot to their mother. I hope they give that ( can't say what I want to say here) what's coming to him. RUN HOME TO MOMA, BIG BOY RUN HOME! He'll get what's coming to him/them I hope. Get well soon. I hope they can pay the medical bills but sincerely doubt it.

Quote: @jbuck that sucks. The weirdest part is they didn't take anything. Same here. Lucky for me a patrol car drove up, pulled him off me and apprehended him. Apparently the reason he jumped me was I sat in "his seat" on the bus. I guess he enjoyed the seat upgrade, chauffeured by two cops.
