Not exactly sure but may be grease filled skipping the letter M but the E is shifted east. I'm open to all suggestions. And would it be worth getting certified.

Photo is a little rough,but I think it is a Struck Through Grease. Not worth getting certified.

You may want to look at the flame on your dime. It may have the reverse of the 1968 proof.
