1995 Lincoln Memorial Cent / LMC Trail Dies Off The Rim Or Die Damage? Or Something Else

Note that there are other areas that show evidence that some event was being covered up by a polishing. Lower right of the fields, the area around UNUM. (second image) Near the 'FG initials. All evidence of an attempt to cover or FFD. (Feeder-Finger-Damage) The real sad part of this is that the die looks like the FFD happened in the early die state period.
