It needs a quick bath in pure acetone. Hopefully that will remove the fingerprints.

Unless it hits AT LEAST 66 Red, which I doubt, the TPG cost is more than the coin value.

Just a common date business strike. It would have to be near perfection to make it worth grading.

I don't think anything will remove the finger print without a coin dip. That opens up new problems.
