This coin is 10.9 grams and 23mm. I believe it may be Septimius Severus based on a portion of the obverse legend that says: CEB. On the left of the obverse it looks like there are 2 small letters above the bust: SW. The top left possibly has the letter OKO (2nd O is theta) or ORO (2nd O is theta). Can anyone help narrow this down?

Looks like Commodus....Dont think this is an exact match but close..
