1965-Special-Mint-Set-I-Got-Just-Now

I'll post more pics when I get home. Can anyone tell me anything about them? What is a special mint set and are they more valuable or rare than regular proofs?

Very nice!

Special Mint Sets were issued instead of Proof and Mint sets in 1965, 1966, and 1967. They are better than a regular mint set, but not quite proof.
