Ok yokozuna. Sorry for the confusion. There is only one coin in question. 1999 Georgia p quarter. The Pennsylvania quarter was only for example purposes. The Georgia quarter has an indentation where the ear and some hair should be. Most likely Grease Filled Die in that and other areas. Whats in question is the extra profile and extra eyes and hair possibly Struck Through Grease also
