Jsertl Valued Member United States 329 Posts	Posted 12/15/2019 4:26 pm I know the area of interest to check for doubled dies on State Quarters is the ear but I seen this and compared it to several other quarter of same year & mint and none look like this. And this particular year isn't listed in Wexlers list. The first pic is a regular Quarter. The second pic is the one in question. Report this Post to the Staff

coop Bedrock of the Community United States 62064 Posts	Posted 12/15/2019 4:53 pm Check other devices on the same side of the devices. I feel it is Machine Doubling. It appears to flat shelf like. Jsertl Valued Member United States 329 Posts	Posted 12/15/2019 7:46 pm I did & EAR you go lol (sry I had to)....the first 2 are the ear lobe in question. The 3rd has what looks like an extra toe. The 4th is the letter "T" & the 5th is the letter "E". The 6th is just the full reverse & the last one is the bottom half of the number "5" Report this Post to the Staff
