This is called Machine Doubling. Single strike, just a kick in the shins by the die right after the strike. Very common and easy to find. Happens a lot on the larger diameter coins.
With all that said, this is a pretty nice example of the shelf-like doubling characteristic of MD. Consider saving it as an example until you find a doubled die coin.
