Colbert / Hyder are the authors of the authoritative Work on the subject . The book itself is out of print But can be found with a quick Google search . There was a small print run by Publisher El Cajon in 1981 , two recent sales ( 2019) were $222.00 USD ($290 CAD) Also an auction in Germany €200 Euro ( $288.00 CAD) Report this Post to the Staff
