Honesty dont know what this would be. The color is darker, there's added features on Lincolns face. The 2 looks doubled and the 8 looks like it's being pushed up by something. The reverse is much of the same. FG looks doubled maybe more, discolored in parts and raised metal where there shouldn't be
@MC, hmm I'm seeing environmental toning and normal circulation wear on this '82 Cent. No doubling on the date, although the 8 took a small hit at the top.

That's upsetting. Not saying your wrong but how does the FGs on the reverse get multiplied and the 2 raised pieces next to the date. Curious how that works so I know for next time
Keep in mind that if it was a die issue, the devices would be raised. Contact marks are incuse. Your eyes are drawn to reflections. So I see a normal coin from the images provided.
