as long as the tubes don't have pvc in them, and most recent ones, don't.. I would be more worried with temperature fluctuations, than the tubes they are in..
I have some from 60 years ago. The cents look like they were minted yesterday Most tubes are taped shut. This helps with humidity and even the screw caps Will sometimes come open.
Yes Jim I agree . The screw type tubes that I use , I have sealed most of my Lincolns with either tape around the caps and tube or wax sealed . The screw caps do have a tendency to come loose sometimes if shuffled around . Most of the coins that I salted away 56 years ago look like the day they were minted .
