coins75 New Member Canada 3 Posts	Posted 01/07/2020 2:00 pm I recently got back in to collecting and found some coins I had put away. I would like to send them to be graded but have never done this. On the submission form there is a column marked "Owner's Value". What do I put there? I have no idea what they are worth. okiecoiner Pillar of the Community Canada 5589 Posts	Posted 01/07/2020 4:42 pm You should at least get a copy of Canadian Coin News or the latest Charlton annual guide to get a "book" value for the coins.... a "Sell" price will be 50-70% of what's in a book. Unless you can actually SELL them for $150-$200, it's probably not worth sending them to a TPG to have them graded. Just post a few on here in the "grading" forum to get an idea from collectors and it's for free. Sending to a TPG costs fairly good money, unless higher end stuff. Report this Post to the Staff
