It's a nice looking cent, about VF-35. These are not worth the cost of professional grading until they are very high grade mint state.

VF35 and appears to be lightly cleaned or gently wiped.

Not worth the expense of having it third party graded.

with all agreements . A 1909-VDB is not worth sending in unless it is graded at least MS-67 .
