I think I'm getting this but your expert eyes will help me. I am thinking this 1914 D Lincoln Wheat cent is a Fine15? Thoughts? I hope it's a little higher but I doubt it. Thank you for your opinions. Sorry for the glare I'll work on not using the flash next time.

looks like obv die #4. VG8. the coin was cleaned and may not grade straight

The light is too strong and cutting through the patina.
