I received this today in the mail. What little writing I can see appears to be Cyrillic. Punched off-center. But I am not sure as I cannot read much of it. It has A horse and rider on one side and Wreath with a crown at the top with a design in the center on the rev. Sorry not much help.

Weight 18.42
Diameter: 34
thickness: 3
