I have a 1946 copper error Lincoln Penny that looks to have a double hit around the eye error making it look uniqe what would the price list be for a penny like this?

Images would be real helpful. It could be damage (an incuse mark), or a doubled die with a raised mark. Keep in mind if it were doubled it would be raised on the coin like this one:
