I purchased two of these in a lot on ebay. This being the finer example. I'm pretty sure it's 38 but you can't not notice the large die chip in the first 8 and doubling on the first 1. Is the doubling on the 1 part of the design? I noticed it in quite a few of the photos on Vamworld. I greatly appreciate any help. Thanks.
