Does Anyone Use One Of Those Magnifying Lamps?

I have never used one of those magnifying lamps because they do not magnify enough.
I use a clamp on swing arm desk lamp with a 100 watt incandescent bulb and sometimes a halogen bulb.
I am a Lincoln Cent Roll Hound and I use a 14 power doublet loupe mainly because I can't afford a Hastings triplet.
I suggest that you use at least a 10 power loupe and then a 14 or 16 or a 20 power loupe when you find something with your main 10 power loupe,anything with a higher power should be a digital microscope or even better a Din-o-light but they do cost a bit.

Thanks guys. Good point, that they don't magnify enough. I have been using the same. A good light and a loupe. It seems to be the only way.
