I'm not sure that being clipped would explain that much of a weight difference. The coin on the Zeno link is 9.62 grams. This coin is also very thin. Even if there was no clipping I don't think it would weigh much more than a gram. Wondering if there are possibly smaller denominations? Report this Post to the Staff

I don't think the coin was clipped; it's just off-center. I'm not sure where did that particular Zeno example get 9.62 grams from; I suspect that it's 0.62 grams. A 14 mm coin weighing 9.62 grams would be something like 5 mm thick (some Indian coins do look like that). Report this Post to the Staff
