This 2009 Spanish 1 euro cent has multiple faults. Are they due to manufacturing or some kind of damage

Looks like damage to me! Possible heat damage.

Looks like the coin have been exposed to the weather..
The zinc rots very fast then.. When I find them metal detecting these are even worse, most of the time rotten away even when they have been in the ground for short period of time..
