Anyone know what this is or could be? I sure don't. Weighs 6.4 grams and is quarter size with partial collar. Thanks for any comments or information

Looks like the proto rim is on one side of the coin in question. The opposite side looks like the surface was removed. So what happened to it? I don't know.

Weight should be 5.67 for a complete clad. Your coin is in excess of that weight with missing faces. Is it slightly larger than a quarter? Maybe a SBA dollar? They had edge reeds.

Is it the same size as a Quarter? Or is it bigger?

Same size as a quarter. Could it be a foreign coin or off metal struck at u.s. mint? Has the proto rim and reeds so it was a struck planchet but it doesn't look grinded down opposite side of proto rim to me at least

Well that rules out theory. Thanks for posting this. Not sure what it is. Try weighing all three coins and see what you scales say. If they are all three the same? Or of they are different, it is all another piece of the puzzle.
