1972 D Kennedy Doubled Profile? Need Help

I need a second opinion on this one after doing some reading on coops thread. I see two light to dark areas on the profile so shouldn't this be a doubled die? I dont see many half dollars so I'm not sure what the Mechanical Doubling looks like in hand. Looks like a doubled die to me. Thanks for any help

Just Machine Doubling. Note the area affected is the outside edge of the devices. Note on the affected area, there is no contour. On the real deal there is a contour area:

There's many varieties of DDO for the year 1966, if you find a new 72-D DDO it would be refreshing.

Someone who knows I'm a so called nutso coin collector gave me a few at face value. I was hoping this was the big fish knowing probably not
