Gold is soft.
Obv: Obvious wear on high points arond Lib's ear.
Rev: A little better, feathers on arrow below the shield flat, leading edges of wings a little less wear than the arrow feathers.

Here's the answer. I've been looking for a nice example of southern gold for a while, and a lot of them have a bunch of marks and/or really weak strikes. This one is the nicest I've seen for the grade. Check out heritage and you will seen a lot of junky southern gold coins at the NGC-53 level. It's on its way to CAC. Thanks for looking.
