I can see Domitian in the legend.

Yeah, I suspected it was Domitian, but I can't seem to find which type precisely.

Possibly:
Domitian (as Caesar under Vespasian), Rome, AE Sestertius. CAESAR AVG F DOMITIANVS COS V, Laureate head right / ANNONA AVGVST S-C, Annona seated left, holding sack of corn-ears on her lap. RIC 1040 (Vespasian).
