pwa 1967 Valued Member United Kingdom 190 Posts	Posted 05/20/2020 11:37 am The top one looks the same as one I had and sold a few years ago ,a 20p struck on a 1p blank the coin having lustre still in the devices.The one I had was with a Royal Mint confirmation letter and when the coin was struck will still very lightly spread as was not the correct blank and so not perfectly round. It seems logical to me that mint lustre will be very quickly destroyed with ground burial. Report this Post to the Staff
