With only one reverse die, how scarce are the large 'S' with triangular serif?

1941-S-Large-S,-FS-503.-What-Grade-Would-You-Give? A couple of more pics. The first pics posted seemed a bit washed out.

Second set of pics show the coin in a more flattering light. I'll nudge up to AU-58 using both sets.

Not a fan of third party grading services other than PCGS and NGC. It is the only slab I own from this company. The strike isn't the best, but it does have luster. I don't detect any wear and it is my lone example that I own for the large 'S' quarter.
