Just heard from my Canadian dealer that the 1/2oz 2020 Graduation coin is being discontinued. Is this because no one is going to graduate in 2020, or is there some other reason?

I am not familiar with the 2020 Graduation coin but the other reason is probably the lack of product that would actually sell.

Looks like the dealer was doing some "fake news".

Still available at the Mint and most dealers.

Could it be very rare, since people will not buy the coin?

Reasons:

1. Will be graduation this year at all?
2. This is first RCM graduation coin, people less aware and not usual to gift dedicated RCM coin for such event.

If the actual mintage will be very rare, and this info will be available later, it might repeat path of some 2007 sets, or 2011 "Baby feet coin".

Have someone plans to stock up?
