It looks like it may be a very minor Class 6 DDO. The reverse is normal. What makes me think it's a very minor class 6 is the very light extra thickness at the bottom of the 3 in the date, the I in LIBERTY is slightly bent towards the center and the bottom right leg in the letter R show slight extra thickness. I don't know if it's listed and highly doubt that it would be as it is so minor. Keep looking, you're on the right track.
