PaddyB Pillar of the Community United Kingdom 945 Posts	Posted 04/14/2020 03:55 am Nice coin, but sadly not with the die letter. Those are just rocks to the left of the lighthouse. I can't find a picture to show to compare, but the letters (both B and C) when they occur are much clearer than that. This is reverse G in the Freeman book and is the normal variety with rocks. There are also reverse Gs without rocks. Report this Post to the Staff

I suppose it is possible but the examples seen show no sign at all of the rocks, and no examples have been found with partial or light rocks. Also, it has only been noticed with Reverse G, although the rocks appear on many other reverses.
