Odd Looking Colorado Quarter (2006-P)

Arnbrhm New Member United States 22 Posts	Posted 04/27/2020 10:28 pm Found this while hunting a box of quarters tonight. Never seen anything like it. One side of the coin has a raised texture. The other side is normal. Does this look like damage or could this be from the minting process? Thanks! Report this Post to the Staff

Greasy Fingers Pillar of the Community United States 7109 Posts	Posted 04/27/2020 11:17 pm I'm not seeing any loops or swirls that would indicate a fingerprint...but I do agree on it being a spender = PMD. Maybe it was laying on some type of fabric which transferred onto it. Report this Post to the Staff
