Not as rough as the other quarter but still looks different from other Ohio quarters. TY for your opinions.

Diluted acid like soda. Never a plus for the coin. Damage is damage.

Agree. Looks like it was exposed to a soft drink, or perhaps a short, unintended bath of vinegar.

Ty for the info. I actually found another quarter like this all three from bank quarter rolls. Must be a serial quarter dunker somewhere around here. :)
