Looks like a fairly typical example from an UNC roll. Those tend to be in the MS-62 to MS-64 range with a rare 65. This one has a few nicks, and it modern issue so graders will be more harsh and will be looking for luster perfection and very few marks to have a shot at a high grade, so I'd say 63 for this example.

I agree with Fenton, however I would call the coin a solid 64 grade.
