65Rd if your pic showed the shoulder better possibly a 66. I'm no coin grader but have noticed that on 67 coins the O in ONE will be fully struck, with one or no bag marks on the coin.

A few Nick's on the reverse bring it down a little, but the fields are remarkable. MS-66

The nicks kind of bring it down a lot for me.

Between MS65 and MS66
Rest in Peace

I'm late to the party, but I'd say MS66. Is that a hint of a fingerprint above LIBERTY--photo posted 2:14PM on 5/12?

No fingerprints, except maybe on the holder. This coin has the most trouble free surfaces I think I've ever seen on an older penny. A bit more luster and I think it would have made 68.
