Another oddball cent I kept and tossed aside through the years. I'm almost certain that weight tells me PMD, what do you think?

I have found a dime with no reverse. When ever I see something like this I know there is a 99% chance it is PMD.

Note the rim on the obverse? In order to form the obverse one, the reverse was also there. But now it is removed, lightening the coin. Altered deliberately. Thus why the rim is missing from the reverse.
