I found this one in "pocket change" cleaning out the truck while under shelter in place orders. I think it was struck nicely, but has had a rough 68yrs. Sorry I don't have a professional camera set up to get a better look at the tail of the "D".

I don't think is a RPM. I see nothing like it on Coppercoins.com.

The D does look a bit tilted. And I also see a bit of extra metal on the coin near the tail of the coin. Kinda hard to tell if it is the D over S. If you could upload some more pictures, that would be helpful.

PCGS lists it as an OMM: 1952-D/S 1C OMM FS-511 (021.6), BN (Regular Strike)

I have one other in my penny folder from 50yrs ago. I have been out of the game for a while, and re-learning on the fly.
