Any information would be appreciated. I have a hard time with coins like this and figuring out if it is an actual error or PMD. Thanks Chris

@h24, that sure looks like damage to me. One indicator is the "piled up" metal (now partly flattened from wear) just south of this indent. This one is a bit more subtle as there doesn't seem to be a corresponding flat spot on the obv.
